I provide therapy for women in Massachusetts through both in-person and telehealth sessions, helping you navigate ADHD-related challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions with thoughtful, personalized care.

My Approach to Therapy

Therapy is most effective when it blends understanding with action — not just support with empathy. I use evidence-based methods tailored to your needs, integrating ADHD expertise and nervous system–informed (Polyvagal) practices to help you understand how stress, overwhelm, and past experiences shape your current patterns. You will find a safe, supportive environment where you are seen, respected  and met without judgment. Together, we explore patterns, reduce distress, and build skills that enhance your daily functioning and emotional well-being.
